- 1 cup fresh or frozen pineapple chunks
- 1-2 tablespoons sea moss gel
- 1 cup coconut water or almond milk (or any liquid of your choice)
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional, for added sweetness)
- 1/2 cup ice cubes (optional, for a chilled shake)

Instructions:
1. Prepare Ingredients: Measure out the mango chunks, pineapple chunks, and sea moss gel.
2. Blend: Add the mango, pineapple, sea moss gel, and coconut water (or almond milk) to a blender. Add honey or maple syrup if you prefer a sweeter shake.
